GRAFF BOY - a workshop

We have the first draft of Graffboy - music, spray cans, bad hip hop real street artists and lots of laughing on a sunny week in Stokes Croft.

The myth is always more fascinating than the reality. I've bombed this town, killed it,
How many tags in one night?
How wide, how tall, how high you willing to go.
You won't beat me. But the city might, she sets traps, sends out her protectors and guardians and snares- that's the game. The city, she don't play fair, some walls are too high to climb.

More soon…Watch this (WALL) space

Huge thanks to everyone who took part...

John Hoggarth, Benji Bower, Will Bower, Ian Ross, Joe Langdon, Stewart Wright, Lewis Goody, Kate Adams, Kathleen Fitzpatrick-Milton, Tom Mauger and Bronte Sturrock/ Chris Chalkey and PRSC and the Arts Council.

Listen again

We've set up a sound cloud link to listen to the drama documentary version of Mayday Mayday (Radio 4's afternoon play TX May 1st 2015 ).

"This is not a typical radio drama... the thing that makes it such an original listen is that every part from Sturrock and his partner to the medical staff that helped him recover is played by the actual people who were there at the time. What might have been a tragedy is miraculously uplifting instead".

(Jane Anderson - Radio Times choice - April 2015)
